O café da manhã é bom, mas apresenta doces e tortas não usuais para o paladar convencional. Na minha opinião, seria melhor investir em bolos simples para o café ao invés de tortas doces, geralmente consumidas como sobremesa das refeições principais (almoço/jantar). A localidade é excelente e bem tranquila. Sensacional. Outra boa opção é a disponibilidade de bicicletas para passeio pela colônia holandesa.

Na minha opinião, os colchões estão precisando ser trocados. Apartamento 15, o colchão da cama de casal está deformado. Outra coisa, na minha opinião, deveria ser mudado: a porta do banheiro (de correr) não fecha direito, restando uma fresta.
