Beautiful comfortable spacious room with all that we needed. Unfortunately it is summer and the box a/c, next to the bed (which was super comfortable), stayed on constantly with a loud roar, spoiling our evening and our sleep.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Unacceptable. Reported to staff and they found an excuse to say they are called “waterbugs”…. Thought that was hilarious.
