"Lovely hotel but doesn’t cope when it is at full capacity"

Lovely big rooms, washing machine & kitchen facilities. Clean hotel.

No furniture on the balcony area Washing machine but nowhere to hang washing to dry. Pool bar & bar ran out of juice for 24 hours , and manager could not sort delivery of any juice. Finally agreed to allow us to bring our own juice to the pool.

"Overall was very good though"

The rooms were very spacious

The staff weren’t always friendly. Didn’t engage with the clients much and often lacked a smile. Appreciate the language differences but a smile is the same in any language.

All staff at the reception and restaurant - were wonderful!!! The managero of the hotel were very hostile/ We felt wonderful during our stay.
