Le personnel fait tout pour vous satisfaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et une vue magnifique sur le Tage. Le calme, la magnifique piscine, le restaurant.... C'est mon hôtel à Lisbonne et je n'en voudrais pas d'autres. Merci de me satisfaire à chaque séjour

O hotel já tem alguns anos mas está extremadamente bem conservado. Não me parece um hotel de 4* mas merece uma boa classificação. Tudo limpo, impecável. Fui em trabalho, não usufrui dos serviços, não posso comentar.

Love that we got a free upgrade into a fully renovated 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with 2 bathrooms. The receptionist was a very kind soul who even provided a shower chair for my sick friend. It was great to have a kitchen adequately equipped, however it was a little small.

"Not even a pamphlet about the closest beach (see below)!! Map of Lisbon was TOO JUMBLED to even see."

It looked lovely.. Clean. We arrived at 10:30am and they held our luggage safely until we could check in at 4p.

2 single beds made separately and pushed together. no coffee downstairs for us to have around the clock. maybe we could have asked to have more Keurig packages for our room.... phone service did not work. slow WiFi. This is important. So is available coffee and a good double bed. Both elevators were down for a day or so, one was out for a day or so. I took the stairs despite some man telling me I could not open that door! YUK I expected the lobby to have pamphlets on places to see, how to use buses, ... I never found a decent Portugal map ANYWHERE. Maybe in the hotel lobby would have been nice.
