Clean, comfortable and good location

Everything was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it four stars is because there was not a plug in the bathtub when I wanted to take a bath and so I had to take a shower instead. And their soap made my skin itch somewhat. But everything else was five star!

Great value for overnight stay with pets

Clean and comfortable.

We had an unexpected extra night in Flagstaff, so we had to book an overnight quickly. Honestly I wish I spent a little more$ and gone elsewear. The heater was so loud it kept me up at night. Lots of traffic noise also. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. The office served instant coffee or tea. I guess it would be ok if you are on a tight budget, but sub par to me.

Checkin was very smooth. Very nice person.

Good clean room and good location but no microwave. Have to use the one in the office. Also the room key didn’t work three times.

First of all, the staff is SO friendly. I literally thanked the girl at the front desk for being so nice and smiley haha. Feels rare to encounter friendly people in the hospitality or customer service industries these days, so it was a pleasant surprise. Our room looked newly upgraded, was very clean, and was way more spacious than anticipated! Great location. Would definitely stay here again !

A cheap hotel that was clean and comfortable, nice staff. There was a major sewage blockage--unable to use toilet or water for hours--but they attended to it immediately. Great TV and Wi-Fi. Walking distance to most of my favorite Flagstaff restaurants and downtown. Only concern I had was the housekeeping woman entered my room around 8:30 (seems a little early even without a do not disturb sign) while I was at breakfast and opened the curtain I intentionally left closed so no one would see my computer and other valuables left on the bed. I'd stay there again.

Excellent, stay here every time we come to Flagstaff.
