Las camas

No me gustó que habían obras y no se podía descansar de tarde. Para solucionar me mandaron tapones d e oído, después que me puse furiosa me cambiaron de habitación, pero tengo que estar agradecida porque me re calcaron que fue sin costo!!! No me gustó el agujero del acolchado!! Subo foto! No me gustó que pasamos frío permanente en las habitaciones, siempre heladas a pesar de que apagamos el aire. No me gustó que te estás bañanado y pusieron los ganchitos para la toalla del otro lado de la ducha y tenes que mojar todo el baño para agarrarlas, o dejarlas en el piso! Mucha lámpara y poca luz! La televisión no era SMART!

"Decent, good location and recommended for short business stay."

Location was excellent right next to two major shopping malls with plenty of choices for restaurants. Good size room.

Aircon was stuck at min temperature making the room freeze. We spent the night switching on (getting 18C) and off to suffer at 25C). It was reported to the Reception and an engineer offered to come up and fix, but not an option at 01:00 am. Breakfast was a bit limited for the category of hotel, with only one option of eggs and filter coffee.

Spent 5 nights great service from all staff. No complaints. Pool is on top floor. Bring your sunscreen, I didn’t. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area and malls. All good food
