The room was great and ready to use.

The Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

Clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It may not be super modern, but it’s a great place to stay in the area.

The friendly staff during my check in and also through out our stay. We usually ask for the second floor and they accommodate us with no issues. Coffee is always good and having hot breakfast was a big plus. Our room was clean when we had room services. The have maintenance available 24 hours.

Would like my room to be cleaned daily. Would rather have shower not bathtub and clean towels. Other than that everything else was good. except for one evening when our sink didn't flush but we managed using the tub. It was late so we didn't complain, but let the staff know in the morning.

Very quick and friendly was super easy makes it much nicer when you just want to sleep!!!!!

I like the cleanliness of the rooms. Is excellent.

Comfortable beds, and they had a room for me ok ground level because of my elderly aunt I brought out from a different state

At first, the front desk person said we had to check out and then back on because we used a 3rd party, but later extended the stay
