Motel 6-Gilman, IL

I came for a family event and stayed a week. It was quiet, clean, and safe. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. There is coffee and vending machines in the lobby,

Room was clean lobby smelled like insense which was plesent. The smoking rooms are in a separate building. Very easy going and helpful staff seems to be run by a family thats doing what they can to clean up an older budget hotel. The bathroom while very clean was in need of some light repair, loose curtin rod. Theres some train noise near by throughout the night but its not overbearing. Overall was satisfied would stay again.

Excellent for a quick overnight stay

Decent room. Would have liked a coffee maker and shampoo, etc for a deluxe room. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean.

Very clean, and comfortable. Wish they would have had some sort of continental breakfast though.

Good place for a quick overnight stay

Good place to stop on a road trip. Price is great! Towels were very scratchy. We were disappointed to find that we could not stay in the king room we had booked, because we had two puppies, but instead had double beds in the older part of the hotel.
