Great location and very fair price

The location of the lodge was perfect for getting to the downtown area. And the view of the lake and mountains was stunning.

Somethings in the room, 441. There was a problem with the sliding glass door. It wasn’t on the track correctly and made it difficult to open and get to the balcony. Maintenance tried to fix it but it seems as if it needs to be replaced. Also the AC unit was very loud when it was running which was very annoying to light sleepers. Also, there was construction happening, roof replacement was noisy and a bit messy around the grassy area below us.

קיבלנו חדר באיזור שבו עושים שיפוצים..אז ביקשנו להחליף והחליפו לנו לחדר עם נוף לאגם.. צמוד לבריכה גם עבדו בשיפוצים וזה עשה רעש ממש בבריכה..אז היינו מעט זמן בבריכה..

I liked the pillows, they were very comfy

Where to start? I had no privacy at all. There's a construction going on, so there was someone under my balcony at all times. Not one moment of privacy, ever (I stayed there for 4 nights). (I was on the third floor, at one time a guy on a hydraulic machine appeared right in front of my window painting the balcony walls) There is no hot water at 5 am (when I usually wake up), so I could not take a shower at dawn, only later in the day, which is absolutely crazy in my book. Like, this is supposed to be a high-end place, and there is no hot water at 5 am, absolute bat-shit crazy. The first morning I put out the "Service, please" sign, someone flipped it to "Privacy", so I did not get service (new towels, coffee pods etc), which is another red-flag for me. WTF is this place? When I booked my stay I was never informed about a construction, either. How about telling about that to your guests? Constant noise. Forklifts. Avoid this place at all costs. I told you so.
