Bon emplacement : proche de l’aéroport et du métro, prix abordable.

Ancien immeuble, l’hostel se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Des réparations sont nécessaires : la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain commune était cassée, le store de ma chambre également.

Can’t think of anything unfortunately. Sometimes we try our luck with a property with bad reviews thinking “surely it’s not THAT bad”, but no, this one is interesting

Didn’t like the narrow stairs up many levels, the TINY room we could hardly fit 2 peoples luggage into and open up, and the bathroom with shower that doesn’t stay upright, and ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t replaced in time for me to use one morning. Disappointing and would not stay again

Our stay at this apartment was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The owner was extremely rude and insensitive. Basic amenities were missing from both the room and the apartment. When we asked for them, instead of addressing the issue, the owner became argumentative and sent very unpleasant messages. There was no dishwasher, no hand soap, and essential toiletries like body lotion and shampoo were completely missing. Most concerning was the absence of a fan in the room—despite the sweltering Lisbon summer heat, with temperatures reaching 35–36°C. We stayed for three days without a fan, and when I requested one, the owner's response was, "You're not staying in a 5-star hotel." This dismissive attitude was unacceptable. They are prioritizing profit over guest comfort, running the place in a careless and inconsiderate manner. I even spoke with the cleaner, who confirmed that many guests have had similar negative experiences. Additionally, communication was poor. Calls often went unanswered, and check-in was delayed due to a lack of responsiveness. I strongly advise looking for alternative accommodations with better reviews. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—this place is simply not worth it.
