not the cleanest, shower curtain was black with mold on bottom ; shower tiles missing and bottom of tub was grimy ;

Very nice , a little oof if you like to go to Newport Wharf. For the price is pretty decent.

Everything looked dirty- stains on the chair- water was lukewarm at best- mattress was terrible- musty smell

Location was close to our destination.

It was moist. The bed, towels, and whole room felt moist.

It was quiet and the room was spacious. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I think a rating of 5-6 is accurate.

It's expensive for the quality of the offering - perhaps that's just Newport though!
