I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want anyone to spoil this hidden gem! This hotel is sooo perfect. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were pleasantly furnished and comfortable. The location was walking distance to a trailhead so we took a sunset hike before dinner. Special shout out to Tirzah who was polite, friendly and just a lovely young lady who made our stay all the better. No hesitation AT ALL to rebook here.
We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip to Sedona. From check-in to check-out, everything was above and beyond. Beautiful room, property and exceptional customer service! We will for sure be back!

USUSUSThe garden is peaceful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the soft music and scenery. There is a nice sitting area inside as well with comfortable chairs. Very clean, well maintained property. The rooms are very nice. We stayed in Serena Vista (this time, this is our 4th visit) which has a private outdoor patio. Was a great room except for the fact that it is down the hall from the dining room. They serve breakfast/brunch so you can hear the activity in the kitchen/dining room. We did not have that problem with other rooms we stayed in since they are not near the kitchen/dining area.
Besides being able to hear the noise in the dining room in the morning, we do not have any complaints.

Casa Sedona Inn was way more than we were expecting. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming and helpful with whatever our questions were. The grounds were beautiful and the staff encouraged us to pick up our dinners and eat out in the courtyard. Which we did. The bathrobes were greatly appreciated, since the evenings were cooler than I expected. But the stars were so gorgeous. We even saw the space station go over twice. And the breakfast was superb. Everyone should stay there at least once in their lifetime. Thanks to all the staff
