Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel by Paradox

Great location, very relaxed atmosphere and lovely staff

I loved the location--easy to walk into the center of the village, but away from the crowds and noise. The front desk staff was exceptional, so friendly and informative. And, although the room's balcony was small, it was lovely to have a spot to sit outside and read.

We had excellent housekeeping service the first night. Used towels were replaced and rolled with the others, coffee resupplied, cups washed. However, service slacked on the second day. Our coffee was not replenished (which we didn't discover until the following morning when we needed it!), fresh towels were just left in a stack on the sink, and the dishes had been wiped, but not actually cleaned as evidenced by the residue on them. I'd have rather they'd not washed them at all so we'd know they were dirty than put them away with only the illusion of cleanliness.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was large with a balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking spaces very tight especially if you’re in a larger vehicle

Locatie is prima, kamergroote is prima en faciliteiten waren goed.

Het hotel naast het hotel had werkzaamheden aan het zwembad. Met drilboren liepen ze te bikken. We kregen de kamer ernaast, veel lawaai. We kregen een andere kamer, maar nog niet blij. Het is netjes opgelost, maar het meest irriteerde me een blonde.dame achter de receptie die.met haar ogen liep te rollen en blijkbaar het allemaal te veel moeite vond. Oprecht associaal gedrag, je werkt in de hospitality maar de arrogantie en verveling spatte er van af. Geen excuus voor gehad of niks. Daarnaast was de achoonmaak ook matig. De kamers erg warm en de airco maakte een groot lawaai. Al met al, hoge verwachtingen maar uitrusten zat er niet in.

Very Noisy! air conditioner wouldn’t recommend to stay during days. Too noisy and could not sleep.

Muy buena ubicacion y me gusto la ubicacion. Tiene cocina que si bien yo no la use, es muy practica. El personal muy amable, nos brindaron la informacion que necesitabamos

Lo que no me gusto es que el hotel huele a perro, sobre todo el lobby. El balcon no estaba limpio, la tercera cama es un sillon que al hacerse cama es incomodisimo, ahi solo puede dormir un niño pequeño, no puedo imaginarme a un adulto durmiendo ahi. El hot tub es pequeño. la zona de piscina no me parecio bonita.
