NOS DIERON EN VES DE CAMA MATRIMONIAL, 2 CAMITAS. LA HELADERA ESTABA DESENCHUFADA Y NO LA PUDIMOS ENCHUFAR. ADEMAS VACIA. DESAYUNO ESCASO, LAS FOTOS MIENTEN, EN EL BAÑO NO HAY JABONERA. FALTABA LUMINARIA EN LA HABITACION.

Um quarto estava de acordo com a reserva O outro era inaceitável Ar condicionado muito barulhento e as luzes do quarto não apagavam ! E se apagasse no controle desligava o ar! Reclamei muito mas não consegui solução Minha filha veio dormir no nosso quarto O mínimo era o dinheiro de volta

"Un hotel clásico en plena decadencia"

Lo único rescatable fue poder estacionar en la puerta

El check in fue lento, la habitación no era cómoda, las almohadas muy malas, la ducha rota, el.aire acondicionado no andaba bien. Para completar, quise anotar la cuenta del bar a la habitación y no me lo permitieron.

"Hotel ubicado cerca del puerto, del caso histórico y de la rambla, para hacer todo caminando."

Está ubicado cerca de la terminal de Buquebús y del Casco Histórico, todo eso se puede hacer caminando. Ubicado frente a la rambla, con estacionamiento incluido. El desayunador ubicado en el 1er piso tiene linda vista hacia la rambla. En la habitación te dejan frasquito de shampoo, shower gel y body lotion con lindo perfume. La habitación es cómoda y de tamaño normal. El hotel en general es lindo, tiene 2 ascensores y la zona es segura.

El desayuno es muy básico, de baja calidad, faltan cosas dulces, fiambres, jugos naturales. La tortilla la cobran aparte. Las mejores mesas vacías estaban llenas de platos de los comensales anteriores y no había nadie para levantar los platos y limpiar la mesa, lo hicimos nosotros. Tampoco está la cafetera que publicitan en la página oficial que está disponible las 24 hs en recepción, solo había un cartel que pedía disculpas porque iban a remodelar. En la habitación tampoco había cafetera, el jabón era de mala calidad (chiquito, sin perfume y no hacía espuma).
