Very clean and beds were comfortable.

Pool was down for maintenance. Room door needed paint - made it look rundown. Creaky bed frames.

Clean, beds comfortable and close to a good restaurant, Capones. Staff was great!

Biscuits at breakfast were hard as a brick. They need to be in a steamer to keep them warm & soft. No decaf coffee in breakfast area.

"Miserable night. If you ever stay there make sure you get a room far from the pool nd check the AC!"

We thought our room looked pretty nice, had nice lighting and was clean. We looked forward to just relaxing and enjoying our stay.

All the pillows were huge balloons and trying to sleep on any of them screwed up my neck. How about having at least one soft pillow?! The real problem started at 9:30 p.m. when a huge noise like a giant vacuum cleaner started up outside. We like the window open and it was really loud. We think it was related to the swimming pool nearby. It shut off and I hoped that might be it, but no, it started up again in another half hour. So we had to close the window and turn on the air conditioner, but the AC sounded like it was trying to grind itself to death. We turned it off but then it got too hot in the room. We had a terrible night’s sleep facing a 10 hour drive.
