Aucune communication. Envoi de mail pour arrivée tardive pas de réponse, puis déplacement professionnel annulé pour cause du 10 septembre (journée de mobilisation nationale) donc demande d'annulation de la chambre aucune réponse et refus de remboursement. Bref je ne recommande absolument pas pour le service client. Je n'ai donc pas mis les pieds à l'hôtel je ne peux rien en dire.

Pleasant decor, everything worked, everything was safe, it was comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and attended to our changed itinerary promptly and with attention to our late arrival making it easy to enter and find our room. Great location too!
