"Beautiful hotel with nice staff"

Beach is very beautiful although there is a lot of garbage around, but it ''cultural'' in the whole Phuket area, it has nothing to do with hotel.It's a kind of weak government policy, there is not even public garbage bins around.

"Comfortable stay."

The hotel was really comfortable, the front door and reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Golf, super helpful guy! Breakfast was great with good choices. The pools were nice and big, the pool bar was a nice touch. Our room was amazing, clean with great facilities, WiFi was worked perfectly.

The air conditioning in the room is not a traditional air conditioner, it’s more of a fan with 3 settings and temperature control, it worked but it was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. The spa was very busy and the jacuzzi pool outside the spa was never clean and the jets were never on so it felt a little abandoned.

"It was a good stay"

Beachfront, proximity to the town, swimming pools, breakfast. Good staff support. Rooms are well maintained. Quite fast check in and check out procedures. 7-11 just across the road. Not far from Porto de Phuket. We stayed first two days and last day of our trip (the mid days were not in Phuket) In general I would recommend it.

Ground floor rooms are a bit dark and outdated, it's not a new hotel (but not runned down, just design is not newest). Coffee was just average.
