Vicinanza al mare, poco rumoroso, cortesia receptionist

Bagno datato, condizionatore che si rompe il secondo giorno .. ci portano un ventilatore rumoroso impossibile da usare di notte se si voleva dormire. Ci dicono albergo full ma che il giorno dopo sarebbe intervenuto il tecnico…. Il giorno dopo ci dicono che è domenica e che non hanno trovato nessuno…. Risultato due notti senza condizionatore con finestre aperte al primo piano

The hotel is right in front of the sea, it has a small gym and a covered pool. Good breakfast.

The front desk manager Juan gave me a room without the sea view ( the room that I booked had a sea view). The second room he gave me had a bed smell and water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, this room was on the first floor and the view is partially obstructed by the trees and the restaurant, only the 3rd room was more or less the one as on the description. No excuses, not a word from the part of Juan or the hotel. Very poor guest relations. The rooms look a bit outdated because of the poor maintenance. In all 3 rooms I could see the dust on the electronics and furniture also in the 3rd room found some sand on the bedside table. Daily cleaning: changed a towel and made the bed but didn't took out trash, clean the dust or the floor. They were doing works in the building so you can here the noise from the morning until 7-8 pm.

Location was good but it was noisy at night. Room was tight but OK and breakfast was passable but not great.

I liked that the hotel is very central to Old Town Ibiza, you can walk along the coast line and find nice restaurants and bars around the area. The staff were all friendly.

The bathroom could be have cleaned better, as there was left over hair from person who stayed the night before. Didn't like that the pool was indoors but otherwise really good location.

Chambre en mauvaise état (plomberie, carrelage, porte de sale de bain cognant sur les toilettes), peu ou pas d’équipement même pas une bouteille d’eau. Balcon donnant sur un escalier passant et bruyant.Pour garer la voiture pas de place sinon parking payant.Petit déjeuner médiocre
