Nice well appointed breakfast. Room was clean. Check in was quick and friendly. Check out was quick too

The exterior is beginning to show it age too fast. Leaky gutters have caused exterior stains on the building. Holes knocked in wall around front door. Elevator is bumpy ride, noisy,door screech.
