Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pasco-TriCities by IHG

I have been staying at Hilton hotels for almost all of my business stays. Their hotels are not what they used to be and when my wife travels with me it has been hit and miss. I have started staying at the HI and have been pleased with the hotels and have switched to using HI

I recently stayed at this motel and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and how well the room was stocked with essentials. For the price, this motel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. We were in town for meetings, so didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities, other than breakfast, but it was the good meal we’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn Express and one of the main reasons for our selection of this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

When i got to the hotel, I did not get the 1 king/2 queen suite with 2 bathrooms I had requested for my family of 5 (adult and 2 children). I have learned to avoid 3rd parties when making reservations, so when I called the number on the Pasco/TriCities Holiday Inn & Suites website I specifically asked where the rep I talked to was. He said he was at that hotel in Pasco. I verified the exact details of the suite I wanted. When I asked him to verify that it has 2 bathrooms, he said of course because there will be 5 people in the suite. When I checked in it's when I learned I did not get a suite. The manager explained that my reservation was handled by a third party; he said they do a good job of masking themselves as being on site. It was very frustrating, and I wish the hotel industry could galvanize together to eliminate this from happening in the future. The manager handled it as well as he could, bringing a roll a bed up into our cramped room. We used the lobby bathroom, 3 floors down, for our second bathroom.
