Photos of hotel on Hotels.com made it look better than it was. Although the hotel was "okay", the nearby area was horrible and the service was non-existent. The hotel looks relatively new, but the AC unit in our room did not work at all! Hotel next door was full of vagrants and homeless.

The hotel itself was a good stay! I was a little confused about the deposit or hold they charge your credit card when you check in. I asked about that because I didn’t read anywhere it said you would have to pay that. The area the hotel is located is not the best however they ensure your safety everything is locked and you need a key to get in. My overall stay was nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the room.

The bed was not a king size bed. We paid for a king size but it felt more like a double bed. It wasn't a comfortable sleep for us.

Only 3 employees at this location are good. The older breakfast lady, the nice gentleman that is the house man and the nice guy that works at night. Terrible customer service, bad area, crime area of town. The hotel lacks too much to put into words. Most of the time, during the day, there is no one at the front desk and you have to wait awhile for her to come back from outside or somewhere. My 2nd trip here and my last one. Had bugs mouths ago and no even contact me. Hole opening in the walls and no one even check them out. While there last week, i got a call from my credit card company in reference to added charge and i never made any purchases not would i pay 4 dollars for a 1-dollar drink. Very crime neighborhood and appears to be other activity of crime all around. People walking thru the parking lot all during the days and night. But the customer service and lack of guest services take it from the brand. Terrible service. My credit card had to be replaced for possible fraud while we are traveling. Beware of this hotel. You are not treated as a member or even as a guest. My wife had to beg for a bottle of water from the lady at the front desk. We will not stay here again. We wished we had drove to somewhere else.

Amazing Room! Amazing breakfast! Everything was clean and fresh and professional! I had my full kitchen, so I was able to buy food and go back to my room and cook and have our own private dinner! There was plates, pots, pans, silverware, and glasses...... when I say this room was READY!!! I have found a new spot for my husband and my self to escape too and all we have to do is pack our clothes and GO, knowing the hotel will be able to accommodate all our needs! Thank you!

We spent 5 nights at the Towneplace Suites while attening the ACC Swimming Championships. Our room had two beds and a full kitchen. We were expecting a suite-like setting with a sofa and at least a comfortable chair. Our room had neither. Not even a comfortable chair. The breakfast was the same each day. Either rubber-like omelets or rubber-like sunny side up eggs. The sides varied: sometimes bacon and sausage. Sometimes sausage and ham. The bath room needed repair, desperately. The wall next to the tub was badly damaged. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping. We should have asked when it would be done. It turned out we only got it twice in five days. When we visit Greenboro again, we will find a different hotel.

Hotel smelled really nice when entering. Room was nice, bathroom was a great size.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in because nobody was at the front desk. Also walls were paper thin, could hear someone in the room next door phone conversation.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and it was pleasant experience. Well maintained property upgraded kitchen appliances. Complimentary Breakfast is good and has varieties. Ample parking space and convenient location. Safe neighborhood. Courteous front desk staff.
