The location, price and cleanliness.

The host was constantly asking to be quiet, to walk quietly, talk quietly, not to laugh loudly, even to walk on stears with quiet. the door for the room was broken so we were sleeping in open door, the door for toilet was broken as well. the host demaned to leave exactly at 12 oclock not even gave us 5 minutes.

The accommodation is a few minutes away from restaurants and the main road. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and there is also a pleasant garden for relaxation. It is also a good starting point for visiting the nearby mountains and attractions.

This room was by far the nicest we've had in our travels in Georgia. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, really nice shower. The balcony and outdoor seating were great for enjoying the sun and the incredible view of the mountains. The owner was very helpful with all our inquires and helped us do laundry, even. Would definitely stay again!

We really loved our stay here! The views are exceptional from the balcony and from the bed. The room was super clean. It was the perfect place for us to relax after our hikes in the mountains. Gosha was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommend staying here, I'd definitely do it again. :)

We liked everything, but apparently, there was a cleaner who cleaned the rooms each day, but we didn't really notice it during our stay. Maybe they could have made the beds too so it was more obvious. Everything was clean though.

The Room was beautiful with an amazing view over the mountains, the church and the Kazbeg mountain. Everything was super clean and modern, while being Cosy at the same time. The host is an amazing person, super nice and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing to complain.

Not missed the TV at all with such a view. The room was spacious, well decorated, great quality amenities were provided along with slippers and towels. Bathroom is a wet room, it may not suit everyone, there is no fridge and no breakfast was offered, that is just for your information. It is a small hotel in a sleepy little place so if you plan to arrive late, please do inform the host. Most dinner places close by 10pm so it is good to get in early. The host was friendly to interact with and gave some local tips.
