the view is great.

Our room was facing mount kazbek and everything was nice. The room was clean with basic toiletries available. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

We stayed two nights but the rooms were not cleaned everyday. Therefore, clean glasses or cups were also not given. They do not allow parking inside the gate so you have to park your car outside the hotel.

A truly beautiful property in a beautiful location. I had a mountain facing room & it was spotlessly clean, super comfortable & had a stunning view across to Mount Kazbegi. Everything worked perfectly, the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve had in recent memory & the owner was very friendly & helpful I’m delighted to have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

The facilities and breakfast are definitely worth it! It looks like the hotel was recently built, therefore everything feels new-branded too.

Maybe the view isn't the greatest but still really nice.

a bit higher temperature would be good for October, flip-flops to move in the room and on balcony are must because floor is very cold.

Simple, clean accommodations with a spectacular view. The deck outside our room had a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and Gergeti Trinity Church.

Nearby construction created some confusion getting to the property since the building is located up an unimproved road that can become slightly obstructed by the contractor's vehicles/supplies. This is merely an inconvenience as once on property the stay is very comfortable.

Amazing view, lovely clean and spacious room, really friendly and helpful owner. There's also a wonderful resident cat roaming about!

When we visited there were a lot of building works going on outside that looked scheduled to last months and months, but I think that's probably the case in a lot of Kazbegi, as it's a town undergoing major development.
