"Hôtel bien situé, très propre"

Hôtel situé en retrait des grands axes routiers. Nous avons été "upgradé", ce qui était fort appréciable. Chambre très propre. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard dans la soirée et repartis le lendemain matin donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui avait l'air vraiment sympa.

Le petit déjeuner qui se termine déjà à 09h00 du matin. Le frigo de la cuisine qui faisait du bruit mais nous avons enlever la prise pendant la nuit.

Très bel hôtel propre petit déjeuner parfait belle piscine rien à dire

Le lit banquette pour les enfants pas fait à l’arrivée. J’ai du le faire moi même.

Breakfast was decent

I booked this hotel because it states on their website that they offer an airport shuttle which I found out was not true. The front desk people were polite and cordial but did not offer anything to correct/ compensate for this error. When I tried to contact the email address on their website…the rmail address did not even work. When I finally got the right email address, the manager only offered to give me “discounted rate” the next time I book their place again or offered to purchased me points. I informed her that I have no plans on visiting Bakersfield again and would like to have a voucher in the amount I paid the uber to the airport ($28)that I can use for a stay in another Homewood Suites in a different place and have not heard back from her again.
