We had to wait an extra 4 hours to be let in our room the excuse was because it was a big room they should disclose that in the booking. Then when I asked if could check out late , I got a huge speech on how it would cost them the next customer so it was ok to keep me waiting but not the next person. The pool was also full of crickets and everywhere you looked in the lobbies or pool area the trashes were full and the elevator just had trash outside.

It was clean

The accessibility of the suite was marginal at best. It was located on the fourth floor but a fair distance away from the elevator. The shower tub was not easy access for disabled. I had no internet access and when trying to contact the front desk about the issue the line was perpetually busy.
