Nada, son la misma cadena que los hoteles guitar pero no puedes hacer uso ni de una triste piscina, no tiene recepción propia, te mandan a la de los hoteles guitar y si tienes algún problema se desentienden porque ellos son personal del hotel no de los apartamentos. Así que más vale que no tengas ningún tipo de problema porque respuestas 0

El trato al cliente, tuvimos un problema y no hacen más que derivar a la directora que casualmente nunca está, pero la dejan un correo al cual nunca contesta, te dicen no te preocupes que cuando lo vea te contestará porque se quedan con tus datos. No se que harán con ellos porque sigo esperando respuesta no les importa nada nadie solo el dinero que gastas en tu estancia.
