The bed was very comfy

The check in process was extremely slow, the man at reception could of been more cheerful .

Disappointing experience – skip the afternoon tea. I visited Mour Hotel for afternoon tea and was incredibly disappointed. The scones were hard and dry, and to make matters worse, they were served without any cream. We were also served flat prosecco, which really brought down the quality of the meal. On top of the poor food, the service was lackluster and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money.

The food in the restaurant was good.

I was disappointed by the overall experience. The accommodations did not meet expectations, and there was a noticeable "medical odour" from the lifts through the corridors, which significantly impacted the comfort of the stay. The atmosphere did not reflect the standard of hospitality we expected in the price, and this detracted from the experience. Attention to basic front of house manners would go a long way in ensuring a more welcoming stay (as reflected in other comments).

Rooms were nice and comfortable

Attended a wedding food was nice but plates of food were not cleared from the tables all evening. ladies toilets were blocked & disgusting where the wedding was held. Very poor breakfast kept having to ask for things to be replenished in which time the rest of what you had on you plate was cold, it was Expensive too for what was on offer.

Room was cold no heating working They did change to a warmer room Breakfast no hot food just cereal in boxes , was disappointed as it was quite expensive with breakfast included
