No elevators

The living room was pleasant, with comfortable sofas and a spacious layout.

The building is old and charming. The wooden floors are very noisy — we could hear sounds from nearby rooms and every step from the room above. It was a very cold day, and when we arrived, we called reception who told us there was a thermostat in the bedroom, so we spent about an hour looking for it. Only later did they realize that the room didn’t have heating. We were unable to sleep all night due to the cold, and despite asking for compensation, our request was ignored.
