Location

I did not get the room I reserved. I needed a suite and reserved a suite. They gave me a standard queen room. They said Booking. com changed the reservation and Booking.com says the hotel did it. Someone did it and it wasn't me. I needed the room I reserved.

Only thing we like was the staff. Very nice and even try to get things right with the TV.

The room was awful, heavy cobwebs all through the ceiling. Very dirty, the TV wasn't working. It sure wasn't worth 636.00. I would never book again there. I do have to say the girl at the front desk did come to our room and saw how bad it was, I even told her it wasn't worth the money.. she try to get the TV working but she couldn't get it. So she did move us to another room, that was alittle better.. The young lady was very nice!! We give her a high A

The beds are hard. The tv had very limited channel selections. The duvet blankets had black stuff on them. The pool is not clean, you can see the grime above the water line all around the pool. A child vomited around the pool area and no one cleaned it, even when told to the front desk clerk and it was left over night for someone else to clean in the morning. It was not a good stay this time around.
