Nuevo y bien diseñado

No prendía la luz principal. Al abrir sofá cama quedado muy incómodo. No nos arreglaron el cuarto cuando salimos. No me lo informaron.

It is worst and not Marriot standard. I booked for 7 nights but left after 1 night to other hotel . That was a very good decision I made moving to Hilton

Room is smelling ,bathroom is not hit controlled . More importantly the property is too old as the doors are jammed

"very pleasant and accommodating"

the breakfast was plentiful. it was a little difficult to find in the dark

better lighting on the outside of the building and maybe some directional signs off Lake Cook Road

One of the best Residence Inn stays we have had. The 2 bedroom loft was nice. Daily service was great and the breakfasts were good. The staff was courteous and efficient
