The breakfast has a good variety and it is tasty.

Our room was meant to be a superior double, it was tiny, cramped, dark and stuffy. We were right next to the lift so could hear that ringing all night. The fridge was also very loud. The staff gave us mixed information and in the end were not the most helpful and prioritise making money over guest well being. There are better hotels in the area for the same price!

Clean room. Phố view from the breakfast area. Attentive staffs. Booked ferry’s tickets and taxi for us.

Need lighting in front of elevator’s entrance. Need to better enforce the no-Smoking policy. People chit chat and smoke in the hallway.

1. Good location. 2. Very clean. 3. Friendly personel.

1. Poor wifi connection - if you plan to work while on Phu Quoc, you should choose another hotel. 2. The personel is very friendly, but it's so hard to communicate with them in English - they don't understand basic English. 3. Monotonous breakfast - it's more or less the same every day.
