The room design and breakfast! ROOM: toilet, wash basin and shower are 3 separate areas which makes 3 not so compatible activities separate from each other, good for hygiene and save time when 2 persons in the same room. Toilet seat raises the cover automatically !!! Breakfast hall is big with many choices. A 24-hour 7-11 on ground gloor of hotel, no need to get out of street to shop. 50 meters from hotel a big supermarket (life) that opens till late

Location is good but when we walked out the JR Rail Station, we couldn’t see the sign of the hotel as it was placed at second floor level and not tilted towards rail station. Asking the staff direction they assumed the local train station instead of JR so it was misleading and added chaos to locate hotel. Staff generally do not speak much English, we need to communicate via online translation.

Convenient location for trains. Very good breakfast. Very good value. Clean and comfortable room

The deluxe twin room was great. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with filling in some freight forms and to help us recover an item left at a previous hotel.
