La Quinta by Wyndham OKC North - Quail Springs

Staff was great

Noisy neighbors until 3:00 am. A/C kept shutting off and on all night. Got no sleep.

Location was off the highway. Breakfast was okay.

The side entrance had socks, empty cans and cigarette packs lying on the ground by the door. I checked in the morning and it was still there. The bed had stained sheets. I asked the front desk for clean ones and I received another set off stained sheets. There was something blue left on the floor of the tub, cleaner or shampoo. The wall outside the tub was rotted from water and had a hole in it. The elevator was dirty. We stayed in room 337 and were disappointed by our experience.

We frequently stay at La Quinta's nationwide and this location is most definitely not up to the standard. We wondered why the parking lot was empty when we arrived. The lobby is fine, the front desk staff we very kind and helpful, as was housekeeping and breakfast server. The rooms however are need a serious update, they look old and tired. They are not decorated in the cheerful La Quinta fashion. Small things like nobs or sink stopper were missing. Appliances had been pulled out of original cabinets and left bare. Not a well kept location for sure. The room felt dark and dirty. Unfortunately will stay down the road at another hotel next time.

Zee is the best very polite lobby is clean and the room was even better i recommend staying here when I come back for vacation

The air vents weren’t cleaned in a while and there was black mold on the air vents.

Nice hotel in an area near a lot of shopping and restaurants

Late into the night, the adjoining room had a family in it and adults were yelling at children. Pretty sure I heard someone being struck and immediately walked to the front desk to inform them. The night gal was fairly nervous talking to me, as I warned her that if she didn’t call them, then someone would be contacting the police. As a father, I cannot stand to hear adults lose their cool over their kids. Things eventually did quite down but well after 12am.
