very friendly and helpful stuff, clean beautiful hotel, everything new, full room cleaning everyday (which I don't see at many hotels nowadays) excellent breakfast and perfect coffee selection on the breakfast location is good, in a nice area, only you need to be aware that a small distance on the way to the center you need to walk on the street, which is common in the narrow streets of Sorrento I would definitely recommend it

Muito bom café da manhã. Não era uma fartura de opções mas o suficiente para atender as diversas demandas. O quarto do hotel era excelente; espaçoso, limpo, o chuveiro separado do banheiro.

Minha única ressalva é com respeito a falta de bar. Acho agradável depois do passeio, dar uma relaxada para tomar uma cerveja. O espaço que existe é o mesmo aonde é serviço o café da manhã.

Het eten: dit viel ronduit tegen…. Het eten had helaas weinig smaak met een zeer simpele presentatie. Dit overigens aangegeven bij het bedienend personeel waarna de manager te velde het personeel hierop aansprak (in het restaurant!) dit was helaas een ongemakkelijke ervaring. Richting ons is er helaas geen actie ondernomen, dit had wat ons betreft veel beter gekund.

confusing make my room / do not disturb buttons on rooms, ran out of toilet roll twice, had to ask for more. Cold swimming pool in April, food was supposed to be served until 10.30 at night but this wasn't the case when I ordered. Beach not available / accessible.

TODO. La atención de TODO el personal en todo momento fue increíble, son muy amables y están atentos a todo. Hermosas las instalaciones y desayuno muy rico
