Mohammed and the staff were excellent.

Despite booking many months prior to arrival I was given the worst of the Harbourside rooms, no cover on the balcony and smaller and with not ideal floor plan, I.e toilet right next to the bed….. unlike the room which I passed on the first morning after arriving, when I pointed this out Mohammed was very forthcoming in organising a room change however I thought you may like to know that giving an inferior room to someone who books early, makes us feel like you keep your best rooms to convince last minute punters so that you do not miss a potential booking in the future, I hope that’s this was not in fact the case but was just a random coincidence.

The location was amazing, as was the view from the room. The car parking was easy and convenient too. Everything was close by - restaurants, pubs, transport, the whole foreshore.

The bed was a bit average.

I booked late so my fault but would have been nice to be higher up with a view

Very friendly service, receptionists were attentive and friendly, room was large, clean and comfortable with good amenities. Good mini bar selection and reasonable prices.
