Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

Had a conference. Other than the coffee shop having random hours everything was great

The hotel's restaurant was small and had a limited menu

NO handicapped access from surface parking lot, very bad. I was a solo traveler so I couldn't unload luggage at front door and also park my car around the back of the building. I had to park my car first and then load my luggage onto my ROLLATOR and roll myself up and around the building to the front entrance because the only door from the parking lot has steps to the door and then a long staircase to the lobby.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, clean rooms and convention facilities. The front desk staff especially Emmanuel, Precious, and Mary are wonderful and helped us to have an even more enjoyable experience. Many eating and shopping options available nearby (walkable, but may need rides to get to some of them).

A problem with my arrival was graciously attended to and fixed amazingly. Rooms were cleaned daily and every staff member I saw had a smile and a greeting. Like any places in our country right now they are a little short staffed and that made wait times for some things longer, I will be a returning guest,

Nice hotel

We called the hotel and were transferred four times – from sales to the front desk to guest services – before we were lucky enough to reach Maxx. While other staff members were quick to pass us along, Maxx was so friendly, lovely, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to our situation and went above and beyond to assist us instead of just transferring us again. Maxx showed incredible initiative – she even gave us her email and additional contact information, things she didn’t have to do, just to make sure we were fully taken care of. Thank you again, Maxx, for your kindness and professionalism – you made a very stressful experience so much better and completely changed our concerns about staying at this hotel. Also, just a note for anyone booking: the central reservations team told us there are no connecting rooms at this hotel, which is absolutely incorrect. There are actually a variety of connecting room options available, so be sure to call the hotel directly rather than relying on central reservations.
