Lovely hotel nice and clean we stayed in a lovely big room looking out to the sea the cleaner Jalila was exceptional and kept our room spotless with lovely fresh flowers and decorated the bed with petals for that extra touch.food was nice a lot of choice and all staff friendly and polite Hassen around the pool was excellent very happy and friendly, however all staff were. Only thing I missed was kettle in the room for early morning cuppa but overall excellent. There’s a hair dryer but no iron to press your clothes however they do offer a laundry service.

Resepsiyondaki tüm çalışanlar çok iyi ve çok yardımcı oldular bize hepsi sevecen ve cana yakın. Odalar çok temizdi, olanaklar ve odaya gönderilen meyve tabağı ve tatlılar çok hoşumuza gitti. Odanın manzarasıda çok güzeldi. Ala carte de ki yemekler lezzetliydi.

Açık büfe kesinlikle iyi değildi bir çok ürün pişmemişti bile ve 5 yıldızlı otele göre çeşitlilik çok azdı. Ayrıca sabah kahvaltısında yediğimiz hiçbirşeyin tadı tuzu yoktu. Zar zor yedik yemekleri. Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı otelde olmaması gereken bir şey. Sırf yemek için 3 puan kırdım yoksa 10 numarayı hakeden bir yer

Un séjour tout simplement incroyable 😍 Nous avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés en suite princesse, avec une vue mer à couper le souffle 🌊✨ Une attention qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable ! Tout était parfait : l’accueil, le service, le cadre… un vrai petit paradis. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme 🙏 Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Amazing hotel, staff,facilities and location all staff very professional , accommodating and friendly. Our evening waiter,Hafedh was efficient fun and genuine.

Personnel professionnel, souriant et attentionné. Mention spéciale pour Wael au restaurant, sympathique, plein d'humour. Il devance nos besoins.... Egalement pour l'espace massages: des prestations de haut niveau ! En particulier Mme Arbia et Mme ?.... Mme Hanen a assuré un service en chambre magnifique ! Merci aussi à l'équipe cuisine dont les plats nous ont enchanté... Séjour magnifique, merci.
