Residenze Mare e Pineta

The house is spacious and features a large terrace in a fantastic location—just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Spiaggia di Budoni beach. The hosts, Viola and Marika, were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. They welcomed us with warm smiles and offered helpful recommendations on places to visit and things to do. They also kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and responded promptly to any needs we had.

The spring mattresses in the smaller bedroom are quite soft and not very comfortable for our kids, but they were able to sleep through nights.

Nice and clean. Close to many beautiful beaches. The host is very nice and interested in the well-being of the guests. I recommend!

Lovely shalets, well kept and an ideal base for travelling around, staff were so helpful and attentive. Everything was clean and functional.

No air conditioning in bedrooms.

The staff were wonderful. Beautiful views, with good location to reach local amenities and bigger towns.

The only, tiny thing is that the bathroom grouting could do with a scrub!

We liked everything. We had a nice view on the Capannizza beach from our apartment. The surroundings were quiet and clean.

Location, quietness, surroundings, patio with view, parking, sun umbrella & beach seats provided, waste separation ✅

Uncomfortable bed/matress (matress was sunk, overused), no blankets provided at all, mosquitoes in bedroom (no nets), inappropriate bed linen - too small and it was only a thin sheet over matress (we paid extra 15€ for one inadequate linen sheet!), no other bed linen (no blanket, no sheet for blanket, no cover, nothing!). The furniture is run down.
