This accommodations does not have a reception due to lack of space in the building, so payments that are not made in advance or online, will have to be made at Calle Lotería, 3, at Pensión AMA BILBAO. Breakfast is offered at 591 feet from the property, at the Aitaren Boulevard Restaurante. Before arrival, guests will be sent a mandatory form related to the traveler registration. Additionally, the property will request an official ID or passport. In case the document (ID or passport) is not provided or the registration is not completed, the property reserves the right to mark the reservation as a no-show or deny entry until the registration is completed, as it is mandatory under Spanish law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
