Residence Magnolia Pet Friendly

Great swimming pool (!!!) and convenient location. The hotel was in a bit older Italian style, but everything was clean and working. Great location for Tuscan and Ligurian sightseeing.

The extra charged AC... It is written in the description. Yes, but then they explain at check-in that once you check out, they can see how many days you used it and that you pay for that. I used mine only for 2 days but still had to pay for 7. It's not much, but still, the exchange at check-out was annoying for an overall a nice stay.

Clean, very nice location, check-in and out were very easy and the staff was super nice. Private parking.

Not a good place to stay for a short time. No soap or other cleaning products, no garbage bags, no kettle, no shower control

There's not a lot that I like about the property. The furniture was old but clean-ish. There was a swimming pool and the maintenance guy was checking the pool everyday, so I guess that's nice. Due to the weather we couldn't really swim, but that's not something Residence Magnolia can change or influence.

There's is WiFi, but it's so bad that you have no reception in your accommodation. The doorhandle from our front door was broken and there are no locks on the doors. We called the reception right away to ask about the doors. The maintenance guy arrived swiftly after the call and he pointed our the cabin hooks on the door. That's the only kind of lock these doors have... The apartments are also really thin-walled. Every morning we were woken up by a screaming child. We could hear the chairs being moved and follow nearly every conversation. On top of that the costumer service is awful. My grandfather passed away so we had to leave earlier to be able to attend the funeral. I called the reception and they didn't want to give back my money, so I called Booking. Booking's service was fast and good: they told me that they'd take care of it. Residence Magnolia only needed to sign a form and then I would get my money back. I was later informed that the property refused to sign the form. I could get a voucher for the next year, which would be only used by a reservation of more than 300eu. When checking out, the guy at the reception showed no empathy nor sympathy. He even lied to us and said that Booking didn't want to pay up when in reality they are the ones not willing to cooperate. This made me mad. I understand how policies work, I can understand that you're not allowed to give money back but don't lie. After these poor experiences at Residence Magnolia, I'm definitely not coming back.

what we want, we had. it is nice accommodation with swimming pool but little bit old. 10 minutes by walk from the beach. bed was really ok, everything was positive, just only little bit old and uncomfortable couch at living room. it not change good feedback from room. we like it.

Clean Pool Distance to the beach

Even though my reservation had air condition I was informed at arrival that it’s available but for extra fee 10€per day. I took it with the receptionist and shown that there’s nothing about it in the booking I’ve chose. He was very convinced that they mentioned it SOMEWHERE on the website and it applies to everyone. We ended up with him saying he will contact the manager and for sure find a solution. The solution was to never contact us again.
