La Garoupe Gardiole

Two nights in a very comfortable room on the courtyard. This was our second visit and we enjoyed the peace of this hotel, just lolling around by the pool or on our little terrace Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but a little more than we had paid on the road, however the setting is lovely and I guess Antibes has a premium.

A small gem on Cap d’Antibes. Great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and amenities. Nice main building with architectural pedigree set among lush vegetation. The pool was very nice and quiet just ahead of the high season. They charge a small fee for pool/beach towels. We stayed in a bungalow room that had a lovely skylight in the bathroom and a small seating area in front overlooking a patio with nice trees. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking on site or across the road. Will come again.

The room was quiet, well furnished with A/C, the pool a joy in the heat and there always is a parking spot for guests. The staff were most helpful and the price is right, especially outside the peak holiday period. Would go back there.

Vietin hotellissa neljä yötä Cannesin messujen aikana.Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta riittävän kokoinen yhdelle. Aamiainen melko vaatimaton, mutta tyypillinen Ranskassa. Hotelli johon voisin tulla uudestaan.

Great hotel if you want to be based out on the Antibes peninsular. Max 20 minutes walk from the beach. Bus stop right outside to get into Antibes itself. Convenient free parking, quiet and secluded pool area, wireless internet, friendly and polite staff, spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, ample breakfast buffet and large terrace. Had all we needed for 4 night stay in the area.

Je confirme: La propreté de cet hôtel est irréprochable, le personnel aimable, à l'écoute, toujours souriant! Bien sûr, il faut aimer le style 'old fashionned' et accepter d'être loin du centre... mais le rapport qualité/prix est plus que correct dans la région...

i have read a few reviews about this hotel being out dated. if you want a brand new "cold" hotel you can chose a different hotel chain. this hotel is a beautifully run family hotel, that may have a certain out of date look to some rooms, but we found it to be very appealing to us. everything from the staff to the location was perfect, especially the lovely breakfast. a car is an advantage. i would think it quite hard to stay in any hotel on antibes cape without one.

Comfortable room on ground floor with little terrace. Kept spotlessly. Good breakfast with polite staff. Swimming pool refreshing with beach approx 400m away, but watch out for the jelly fish.No 2 bus good for getting to Antibes which stops right outside.
