Amazing experience

Amenities are nice, cleanliness was great. For the most part, our stay was great. However, the first night the exterior light above the deck was on and shinning into our room all night. The mattress on the bed was too soft/spongy. We actually pulled out the bed from the sofa and slept on it the 2nd night as it was more comfortable....All else was pretty great.

We arrived slightly later than we wanted and I am rather bad at checking and replying to emails. The team had emailed me several times keeping me up to date on the check in and even though I never replied, they arranged for a late check in and explained the process, which was easy and worked very well. The room was more than we imagined and the hot tub was perfection. There is a handful of restaurants nearby, and we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend

Property is dated, but staff is very helpful

Had everything we needed. Location is easy walk to snowmass mall and quick drive to Aspen/Maroon Bells. We were in a third floor unit and enjoyed the Mountain View from our balcony although you are right above the hot tub so get some noise from that. Easy check in/out with the office.

Circuit breaker problem while preparing dinner.

The Condo was dated. The listing stated 1 Queen bed and 1Queen Sofa Bed. The 1 Queen bed was not a queen; it is a full. Dirt on the walls, the hinges on the doors are dirty. From the kitchen, you can see something running down the wall behind the TV. In the living room, the paint is peeling off the walls and beam. The living room chairs, have stains all over them. Picture in the bathroom is peeling from the frame. Microwave has a big crack in it. Bathroom light bulbs are burned out. For $$$ per night, I expected much more than I got. I was told by the on-site Manager, the only option was to move rooms. I wasn't going to move rooms for my last night. I completed the survey that Laurelwood sent, and still haven't heard anything. Very disappointed.

Beautiful condo. Close to Snowmass trail

Great apartment close to the Snowmass gondola. Outstanding cleaning service and excellent communications. Loundry within apartment complex.

The stay was very nice but would have been helpful to be aware of travel/traffic conditions.
