Guests highly rate the convenient location and frequently praise the comfortable beds.
Check in was quick but the room was very small and dirty. I assume from the renovations happening. Even the blankets had holes in them though. And one mattress had many stains on it's cover
The weekend front desk person was about the rudest customer service person I ever encountered. We had an issue that our spare roll of toilet paper had been sitting in water and was moldy. When I asked for a new roll, she laughed at me and refused to believe me. Later, I asked for some more towels (housekeeping did not leave enough for our whole family), and she gave me a hard time about it. The room itself was small and outdated. Sheets were stained, we ended up buying our sheets at Walmart nearby. We also bought cleaning supplies, and she did a complete deep clean of our room. (All other local hotel rooms were booked) The advertised pool is out of service, just a broken concrete hole in the ground. Several exterior lights are broken, with exposed wiring hanging in the walkways. Room TV poor quality, fuzzy/snowy picture. In room refrigerator made a clunking sound all night. Stay away.
Very comfortable stay
Property was an older motel/hotel could tell owners are doing thier best to upgrade. No real complaints would stay here again.
Had a 1 night stay. Close to restaurants, shopping. Pool was not available and overall not greatly cleaned.
The TV doesn't work. A can't watch TV program
I rested very well and it was quiet
the staff is excellent and the rooms are clean -quite area good place to stay
The place is nasty it has roaches and it's dirty the cover on the box where the cable wire comes out of the wall was missing you can see straight into the room next to you go to motel 6 it's a lot better and cheaper I believe I didn't even stay there an hour and left because I didn't want to get roaches in my clothes and end up taking them home with me
It was a good motel, easy parking
