"Check in"

I asked for early check in,wasn't ready until 4. I had nowhere to go. Water was apparently off..lady at desk was not pleasant. She didn't offer me any suggestions.

"Avoid this dump at all costs, !!!!"

This place should be condemned. Its filthy, they are rude, dishonest , never adhere to advertised rates. the noise from the freeway is deafening. no remotes, no breakfast, no coffee Nothing but smelly blankets and a couple of used condoms in the bathrom is what we got. refund? no eve refused my deposit back I have complaint filed with bbb.

The room was not cleaned after returning from shopping and needed to get towels and toilet paper. The mattress springs were uncomfortable. Also the noise from the freeway and the train passes by frequently.

The room was a ok for the price until the next morning when I woke up and my clothes that I had left in the restroom by the tub was full of ants . I also had requested a wake up call which never was made.

"Horrible hotel"

Horrible! All you hear is freeway noise all night long! The ro had a big hole in the carpet! I will never stay there again!!!

"Decent room, decent location, decent price"

Clean room, staff was helpful and kind. Only downside was the lack of coffee in the room. We were in town for a show at the casino and since the casino was booked fully we stayed here. The room was clean and fully functional, TV had full compliment of stations, in room fridge worked great, all amenities included and available, except for the coffee, and no breakfast. As for the noise that others had commented on, it is a roadside hotel near the freeway so of course there is going to be some road noise, but we didn't notice it.

"it was terrible "

I am battling cancer they would not let me check in so I called another hotel in the rea that would let me in to ly down. there was no one at the hotel where I was trying to check in............they said expedia rules....they wouldn't let me cancel........then they charged me 100 deposit again expedia rules......there wasn't anywhere to go but to a casino to wit 4 hours... then when I get to the room no toilet paper and dirty sheets, no alarm and the little fridge didn't work right also the tv had 27 channels all but 2 in spanish

"outdated hotel"

This hotel needs major renovation! They have outdated furnitures ... Carpet is so dirty ... You can hear all the noise outside, freeway , railroad and any sound you can imagine.. Never got any sleep..
