Country Inn Banning

Nothing Not clean pee and pubic hairs on top of the toilet and had to change room’s cigarette stains when it was no smoking room tv didn’t work Owners unprofessional in their pj the whole time Hotel in a bad neighborhood druggies walking around they should put pictures of the outside of the hotel..

Check in was a terrible experience. The alarm was beeping the whole time checking in. It was difficult to check in. However, when we finally got in the room it was fine

Very clean and quiet

I didn't eat Breakfast but I would but I would next time it

It was all good the casino was down the street

Property look clean but room floor was dirty, bed looked clean and once I lift the bedspread had hairs, (good thing I had my blankets) the door has a space between the door that you can see the outside light. Location not so convenient since is next to the freeway and a train tracks. Could not sleep due to freeway being next to hotel. All night was a loud noise of metal that made me be concern about my car being outside. A lot of homeless around area it seems that is on a industrial area no so much people around. Shampoo bottle was filled with water not shampoo they had being used. And when checking out reception didn't pick up the phone nor was at the office.

Great place to stay for a night or two, convenient location in town, loved the decor it felt very sleek and modern. Quite affordable would much rather stay here than one of the hotel chains. You can tell more love has been put into the rooms. Beds were very comfy.

Little too close to the highway, once you close the door it does block out a lot of the highway traffic but if you're a light sleeper you might find it a little noisy. I would request a room closer to the main office if your a light sleeper.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Room was clean. Not much else to say.

Well I checked in the night before my flight home to Pennsylvania and I wasn't even in the room 12 hours. I paid the full rate of course but they put $100 hold on my bank card and told me that it would be back within 24 hours. Here we are 3 days later and they have not returned it and they are very rude on the phone and not cooperative. Told me now that I have to wait 3 to 10 business days I will never stay here again!!!!!!
