Country Inn Banning

The stay was good. The hotel was clean the staff was professional but it lacked in the upkeep department as the room I had , had damage to the ceiling above the sink . It was apparent that there hss as d been a leak there but the drywall had never been repaired

The location is bad I am disappointed with the room the carpet is very duty .

The towels had yellow stains, the walls and ceilings were cracked, the carpet was very dirty looking, some lights weren’t even plugged in. The tv was an old style tv, no flatscreen like every hotel nowadays. The area was very sketchy but I guess that’s my fault for picking price over quality. However, what really bothered me was having to give a $60 deposit even though I had already paid for the room. I just drove from Miami to San Francisco and none of the hotels were I stayed asked for more than what I was already paying for the night. I will never stay there again.

Cable was not working. Got charged additional 60.00 deposit. Towels too small. Wall paper peeling of the wall by the entrance door and bathtub

Accommodating staff. Property is loud due to proximity to freeway and railroad tracks.

Nice stay... sraf was accommodating bringing extra towels to the room

The room was somewhat antiquated . The carpet was old the furniture was old the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I slept on it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. The neighborhood was crummy drug addicts and prostitutes on the streets. The shower was nice and it was very conveniently located near the outlets and the Cabazon Casino. But I would never stay there again. And I don't recommend it

Nothing worked, wall paper peeling off the wall, toilet leaking, ice machine not working, only one towel set and the towel rack was broken, and the springs was pushing up in the bed!!! BAD!!!

The hotel was dirty there was a roach in my room and a condom on the chair at the desk in the room!

Carpet is torn , furnitures are old & scratched , got locked out because key stoped working. Bathroom is clean , staff is ok they still respond to my request
