The Jayakarta Yogyakarta Hotel & Spa

The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.

Old style but still Comfortable and clean

Room 410 supposed to be a lounge or something else but not for sleeping it is too noisy as it is really infront of the intercity main road. Room and bathroom need extra maintenance. Foods need to be more tasty, don't have to serve too much choices but not tasty, better focus on quality than quantity. Swimming pool and park is amazing cozy. Receptionists please be more friendly.

Rooms are very spacious and with a balcony. Breakfast was good and sumptuous. The location of the restaurant is alongside the pool, which is very good. Hotel is centrally located.

Restaurant menue could be improved.

The front staff very poor....very very bad attitude...not welcome customer...

The hotel is old, but quite comfortably and clean
