Dialog Hotel Ariston Lidingö

Eftersatt underhåll. Toalettringen saknades. Duschhållare trasig. Ena nattbordslampa saknades Fönstret gick inte att låsa. Taklampskärm hängande.

* Wi-fi doesnt work * would be better if clean litle more. But good price, tou cant have both.

When I arrived the room was not ready and cleaned. Arrives 5.40 pm. Got information that they have had no time to clean the room. Had to wait 45 minutes in a looby without no bevarage or service. Lady who cleaned was nit seeviceminded or welcomeing, no excuses or explaining. This is 100% not okey. No glasses at all in the room to drink water or other beverages. Laundry in hallway outside the room in big carts. No vaccuming before I got the room. Only changed sheets in one bed. I have contacted Hotels.com to conplainet and report this non service approach and attitude is not accetpable. Could not upload photos.

The room was in an okay condition but clearly run down Tv was tilted, walls and ceiling had evidence of old items now removed. Bathroom had mold in the shower area. The hot/cold was broken so almost not possible to change temperature, but water was very nice and hot. Toilet was missing a seat and for some reason there was a hammer under the sink. Room was very warm but the no aircon made it a sweaty night. Breakfast was okay, had a decent selection and coffee although the bread was very dry/ old? Receptionen was empty of people so checking out was a strange experience as the girls cleaning took care of it by telling us to just leave the room key. We got the room on short notice and for a good price so i would say that the price matched the quality. Beds was small but comfortable. For the price we paid it was acceptable.

Enkelt, men rent och fräscht. ligger lite off så bra om man har bil.

Har vært i Stockholm mange ganger, og Lidingø er et fint sted. Etter en litt uvant innsjekking med ubetjent resepsjon etter klokken 17 (betjent på telefon ,så det ordnet seg!), gikk alt fint. Hotellet har en enkel standard, men er verdt den rimelige prisen. Stort pluss for gratis parkering og gode bussforbindelser til Stockholm sentrum, strand osv.. Vil nevne ansatt Maria spesielt, da hun alltid var blid og hjelpsom da vi hadde spørsmål. Vi kommer tilbake 🙂

Priset och läget var bra. Hade brödet på frukosten varit färskare, hade vi höjt betyget.

Sängarna är för djupa. Man får ont i ryggen. Toaletten stank va ingen bra upplevelse. Enda plus detta hotell får är frukosten

The owner got to be a mazohist, as he enjoys terrible feedbacks and does everything about his hotel to get them. 1. Cheapest, untasty breakfast ingridients, they don't use plates, want their guests to place bread on papertowels. Overcooked egga. Yoghurt was empty, had to remind. 2. Problems during check-in, could not find my reservation. 3. No toilet-sit. 4. Butterfly-like insect in the room. 5. TV does not function properly. 6. Toilet for everyone had loud, hot washmashines working. Once was no toilet paper. 7. Before, the building was used for elderly people? Smells not so well. Old carpets in the room. Max 2 starts motel/hostage. 8. Sauna in the sport club next building for a small fee, which closes rather early and is separate for men and females. 9. Madrass, blankets rather yellow, if you open them. Refregerator in the room turned off. 10. Sun in the morning made a stake out of me, despite covered window. Positives? Clean bad, clean room, good shower. I will never go for less than 4 stars hotel ever again, adds a bad taste to your trip.
