Prestige Inn Nelson

My go to spot for Nelson party nights - good value and decent location for walking to bars. It is a bit noisy, it just the train but the building is old and creaks a lot. Thin walls too

Nice clean room and bathroom, spacious. Good TV. Deck, Good value, Quality staff. Close to the Mall.

Parking could be challenging. The bed was of moderate quality, nice size, lacking firmness. It wasn’t very walking friendly to the heart of Nelson, yet easy for the nearby mall, supermarket etc.

Super nice staff. I checked in a little early and was granted a late checkout, as I had an appointment nearby and nowhere to go in the meantime. Hotel was a bit far from downtown. I was planning on walking which would have been enjoyable: I had tickets for a show. But the rain was heavy. Front desk called me a cab and told me about a late night pizza spot. A great place named, Beauties. I was also informed I could use the pool and hot tub at their near by location. Which is the premiere version of the hotel. I didn't utilize this as it was a one night stay but would consider it for longer trips. Great stay.

Slightly dated room with an older bed. Very clean but slightly uncomfortable. Train rolled by and was a bit noisy. Parking seems limited. No elevator. None of these affected my great stay but potentially could be factors for unpleasantness for an for older couple or the les mobile.

Location good walking distance to the shopping mall.

The hotel and rooms were lovely. We were on the top floor with our a balcony but had a view of the lake. The rooms were clean and felt like the owners properly cared about the comfort of their customers. The value was exceptional and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I honestly have no complaints. Everything was as expected with no surprises. It was a great stay and had an excellent sleep on the two nights we were there.

This was a cute little suite that worked perfectly for us with a beautiful view while sitting out on our balcony!

The room was a little small without a closet so luckily I had brought hangars to hang my clothes on the wall hooks. Not a big deal though
