"Ignored my request for an invoice"

The view was nice

I paid cash to the owner ± extra for tax which wasn't included in the original booking price. I requested an invoice from the owner more than several times during the stay and she ignored me. I found it really unprofessional to take someone's cash without providing any evidence they have paid. Also the towels were dirty and the sheets had holes in. The shower holder is way too low. Even too low for my wife who is only 150cm.
